When enrolling into a class or workshop at Lolo Leo, you agree to the following:
KINDNESS & RESPECT
Our goal is to provide a positive and exciting learning experience with creativity and camaraderie for both children and parents. You and your child agree to treat all participants of Lolo Leo classes and workshops with kindness and respect.
MESSY & WILD PLAY
We love to have fun and get messy! You will are responsible to ensure your child is dressed apropriatly to possibly get messy and play comfortably. Lolo Leo will provide materials such as smocks and aprons when necessary.
WE RESPECT OUR MATERIALS
As the majority of our classes and activities are art-based, we use various materials and supplies. When attending a class or play group, you agree to treating our materials with care as well as following given instructions for each project.
SAFETY & WELL-BEING
The safety of your child and other children is our top priority. You acknowledge that your child has no physical, emotional, or social conditions that make it dangerous or unwise for your child to safely participate in our art classes and play groups.
PERMISSION TO SHARE
We may take photographs, video and/or audio (the “Media”) during our art classes to post on our social media. We are the sole owner of any Media and may use the Media in any way, in our sole discretion. You grant us permission to use your child’s image without any restriction and waive your right to inspect or approve the Media.
PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE
You give your permission for your child to participate in Lolo Leo's programs. You release and hold Lolo Leo harmless from any and all liability that may arise in connection with the centers art classes, play groups and events.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pensylvania.
I have thoroughly read, fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions will govern my child’s current and future participation in Lolo Leo Classes & Play groups.
SIGN OUR WAIVER
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN OUR WAIVER IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES BY LOLO LEO LLC. SIGN HERE.
Art & play classes WITH ADULT
Age: We have set different age groups for each class.
Wild play group: 3-5
Art & play class: 2-4
Spanish songs & story: 1-4
Masks & Covid: In compliance with the CDC, masking is now optional at Lolo Leo for all (including students and their families, and staff). If you prefer to wear a mask, please continue to do so.
Family learning experience: In all of classes and play groups, children are encouraged to explore. We ask that you help your child to do so and help support them in their learning experience.
LITTLE LEOS PLAYGROUP
Age: 3-5
Masks & Covid: In compliance with the CDC, masking is now optional at Lolo Leo for all (including students and their families, and staff). If you prefer to wear a mask, please continue to do so.
Allergies: It is the caretakers responsibility to inform the Lolo Leo team of any and all alergies. We require that any snacks brough in from outside be NUT-FREE.
Drop off & Pick up: Please be on-time to both drop off and pick up. Should children be picked up later than 12:15, a late fee will be applied of $75.00
Art & play classes DROP OFF (Thursdays)
On Fridays we offer drop off art classes for ages 6-10. In these classes we aim for our wild artists to be confident and independent. These classes are drop off only - you are welcome to return 5 minutes prior to pick up time to see what they have been working on.
sPECIAL EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS
Many of our workshops and themed events are drop off only. However sometimes we ask that a caretaker stay on site.
Enrollment for all classes & playgroups
Full session payment is due at the time of enrollment. Incase you need to make up a class, we will do our best - based on spaces available in classes. Due to our limited availability in classes, we do not offer refunds once enrollment is complete.
MISSED CLASSES AND CANCELLATIONS
We understand you might miss a class or need to cancel due to last minute plans or illness. Please understand WE DO NOT GUARENTEE A MAKE-UP CLASS. We will happily allow a make-up the following week if space is available. A refund for missed class will not be given.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Payments: Your birthday party date will not be confirmed until reservation fee is paid ($100) this fee is non-refundable. Final payment is due two weeks prior to party. We will use your card information on file (provided on your Party Contract & Credit Card Authorization Form) for final payment. You are also welcome to come by for payment.
Arrival time: Host family is welcome to arrive 20 minutes prior to start time.
Departure time: All families including are host are asked to depart at the time the party ends. If the host party requests to extend their party time, they will be charged $120/hr.
Extra decoration: Should the host family decide to bring extra decor please keep in mind we DO NOT allow confetti. Our party packages involving decoration do include balloon garlands and special themed decor to make your party extra special.
Food: Host families are welcome to bring any any additional food you'd like! All outside food must follow the guidelines below:
✅ Nut-free
✅ Pre-plated and ready to set out and serve (we do not provide bowls, trays, serving utensils or any specialty paper goods or beverages)
🚫 No hot food warmers (no burners, hot plates or warmers. We recommend: sandwiches, crudites, fruit platters, cheese boards etc) We do not provide a microwave.
🚫 Alcohol and hot beverages are strictly prohibited
🚫 No outside vendors/caterers are permitted
Drop off parties: Drop off parties are allowed for ages 4+ (turning 4 and up)
Max Capacity: All our birthdays are packaged for up to 15 children. MAX 20 Children and 1 adult per family.
Weather: If you were planning on using our patio and the weather has other plans, your party will be hosted inside. No reschedules, sorry!
